Business Growth Operations:
- Created a Covid-19 Health and Safety plan based on Washington and CDC guidelines. Made sure employees and customers were sticking to the plan and tailored it according to the release of new guidelines.
- Implemented a new POS system: Set up and trained incoming staff on EZRent by Wintersteiger. Created procedures for staff to follow regarding daily operations and one-off events such as sales.
- Acted as the primary contact during the design of a new Website, and facilitated the connection of our new in-store POS with the new website through Shopify. Set up various product pages, collections, themes, and landing pages within Shopify, and oversaw daily operations regarding Shopify and content creation for the website.
Marketing Operations:
- Planned, implemented, and marketed a used gear purchasing and reselling program called the Gear Cache, which 6Xed our revenue during its launch week and continued to sustain high levels of profit thereafter.
- Created content and set up campaigns and audiences for multiple marketing initiatives, executed through Facebook Ads Manager, Email Marketing, Google Ads, and physical assets.
- Created reports in Google Analytics and tailored upcoming campaigns based on data from multiple sources. Presented monthly and quarterly reports to management.

Outdoor Education

Backpacking Guide - UWild

I organize, oversee, and lead hiking and backpacking trips ranging from 1-7 days with groups of 5-20 students. Help groups of my peers with little outdoor experience prepare for extended periods in the wilderness, organize activities and team building events during the trips, and am responsible for the safety and experiences of all students on the trips. Learned how to effectively lead and manage a team in sometimes high-stress scenarios, as well as facilitate team building in extraordinary circumstances.

Worked as a bartender creating craft cocktails and a high-class drinking experience. Initially opened/closed the bar, handled transactions, and interacted with customers. Was promoted to lead bartender with responsibilities including liquor inventory and cocktail invention.
